Re-planting: better late then never
Posted by Alan Singleton on
Schedules a bit tight but BOM thinks it's going to be a warm autumn. Out of convenience I purchased seedlings at that big store I can't stand. They squeeze out competition and then sell mediocre product. Seedlings not at all established. The beauty with my gardens: water for a couple of days then they look after themselves, just check the water level in the reservoir once every three or four weeks. Zucchini Beans, the spring onions and coriander bought from somewhere else. Cheery tomatoes a better bet re fruit fly. Some tiny bok chop seedlings.

A great part of gardening is being able to watch the food you love growing in your own garden. Look at this beautiful pesto, sorry should have said basil. This is a great variety.

Bridgette's garden and yard is alive with plants. Never showed much of an interest as a child but far exceeds my efforts in the garden.

I planted these the correct distance apart, hope the growth below ground is as good as this.

The rapid growth in the garden once spring hits is amazing. Everything is going crazy.
