How to sell Watersaving Gardens in a flood
Posted by Alan Singleton on
For a start, the name Watersaver Gardens was a mistake on my part. While they do use 80% less water than a conventional garden most people buy them because: Not much work, very little weeding or watering. Just plant and harvest. You don't need friends any more (to water the garden) when you go on holidays. The garden looks after itself for four weeks or more. They actually work better in wet weather than a conventional garden. The first downpour fills the reservoir for free then the surplus just drains away. So there you have it, buy one now and...

Happy customer from Carlton

Hi Alan Thank you so much for the info and for the garden. I’m glad I stuck with the colour I chose, it suits out place perfectly and the garden itself was super easy to put together and looks fantastic. I’m super excited to grow my herbs and stop paying ridiculous money for them at the supermarket. A great product and will definitely consider buying another when we have more room. Kind regardsChristopher and another: Both me and my partner commented on how well your garden bed kits were thought through and how everything fitted in nicely together, great little...
Garlic late this year
Posted by Alan Singleton on
I usually plant about 100 garlic late April so I can harvest early spring to free up hardens for spring planting. This year I have been so busy I didn't get around to it until a week ago. This is about the time commercial growers on the Granite Belt plant theirs so it will be interesting to see if the later planting makes any difference. It is easy to grow, needs plenty of compost and minerals in the first three months. It keeps well, we are still using last years crop.
