The Jumbo has landed

Posted by Alan Singleton on

It had to happen, I have built a Jumbo garden. At three metres long it is 25% bigger than my Extra Large. That's as big as I can get without adding extra centre support (and cost). I have built two in Pale Eucalypt if you want a really big garden. They may become 'collectors items' as I am not sure whether to make any more, the extra length is not user friendly in my workshop. At only 15% more to buy than the Extra Large they are good value at only $380. Please respond to the blog or send me...

At Last! The Trellis

Posted by Alan Singleton on

Yes, I have finally designed a trellis to fit the Space Saver, Standard and Extra Large Watersaver Gardens. It is quite strong, made from aluminium tube and plastic coated wire. It fits on the short ends of the beds at this stage but I intend to also make one that will fit along the long side of the Extra Large-I will keep you posted. If you go to the bottom of the 'Products' page you will find it in Accessories. At $55 it is a great addition to the range.

Price Comparison Bunnings Garden

Posted by Henry Singleton on

I came across a customer that had purchased a garden before he found out about mine. He showed it to me and asked what he should do with it. My first thought was to take it to the tip but I did turn it into a Watersaver Garden for him because he had just bought three large gardens from me. It is only 20 cm longer than my small Pop-up kit (with all the extras) and get this, it costs $4 dollars more-that's for just a frame of questionable quality. No water or time saving capability.   Just a frame $169...

New Pop-up Is A Space Saver

Posted by Alan Singleton on

I have added a new size to my range of gardens for those who prefer a rectangular garden instead of the standard square Pop-up. It’s also suitable to go against a fence or wall to save space. External dimensions are 160 cm x 94 cm x 44 cm high (approx 3' x 5'). The price is $195. Don't forget the freight deal: only $10 to anywhere in QLD, NSW and Victoria, $20 flat rate elsewhere. Toowoomba area (postcode 4350) is freight free. Fully installed gardens (ready to plant immediately) are available within 20km of Toowoomba CBD, the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane....

Jaye Gets A New Garden

Posted by Alan Singleton on

I finally got around to building a garden Jaye has been asking for. It is 4.8 metres long and just under 1/2 a metre wide. The idea is to replace the pots that require watering and consequently not doing that well with something that looks good and has no maintenance. This area gets no direct sun but these plants will do well.  The length is two pieces joined at the centre so you could order something like this in a colour and size to suit your needs. This one would cost $520 plus $20 to $40 freight depending on where...
